Join us for a Restorative Practices Family Workshop at Laura Jeffrey Academy. Led by trained LJA staff, these workshops give families an opportunity to learn more about the restorative mindset and accountability process used at LJA.
Restorative practices center relationships, community, dignity, and accountability. When challenges or conflicts arise, LJA uses restorative approaches to help scholars understand different perspectives, recognize how others were affected, take responsibility for their actions, and work toward repairing harm. During this workshop, families will explore how these practices are used at LJA to strengthen relationships, support learning, and build a connected school community.
Families are welcome to attend one or all of the workshops in the series.
