Laura Jeffrey Academy (LJA) does not discriminate in admission, employment, or in any of its education programs and activities on the basis of sex, race, religion, color, creed, national origin, marital status, familial status, disability, status with regard to public assistance, sexual orientation, gender identity, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, age, or genetic information.

This commitment includes compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity operated by schools that receive federal funding.

Inquiries about the application of Title IX may be referred to the school’s Title IX Coordinator, or to the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
