Help your Child(ren) Have a Healthy Relationship with Food and Their Body: Navigating Body Image and Nutrition Messages During the Critical T(w)een Years.

Join us for an interactive session exploring commonly-held beliefs around weight, nutrition, body image, and health. The discussion will delve into current research and the intended and unintended consequences of popular discourse around food and bodies. Opportunities to participate in follow-up groups will be available.

  • This 3 part series begins on November 15th from 4:30-6:00PM
  • No Cost. Registration for LJA participants not required, but preferred.
